 Inter Partner Assistance is specialized in the provision of professional services worldwide. Building on our expertise in the servicing industry and our unequaled sense of innovation, we are able to design tailor-made, efficient and cost effective assistance programs to match any need or requirement of our clientele.

We intend to improve constantly our global presence to remain close to our existing clientele, alert to the emergence of new opportunities and able to create cultural synergies for the mutual benefit of our customers and the countries we are and will be present.

Through the constant evaluation of our performance and the critical re-engineering of our structure and processes we will continue to set quality standards within the assistance servicing industry.

To match the challenges of the ever changing environment of our world, our Group will continue to allocate the necessary resources and required capabilities into the research and the development of new and adapted systems and procedures.

Our history

Inter Partner Assistance Group has been providing assistance services to a worldwide clientele since 1959. At that time the company was named GESA (Groupe europeen S.A.) and based in Barcelona (Spain). Initially, the Group was specialized in the provision of legal assistance services to holidaymakers involved in road traffic accidents.

The range of our services expanded rapidly to include Medical, Vehicle, Home and Privilege Assistance which became the core capabilities of the Group. At the same time the Head Office of the company was relocated in Paris and subsidiaries were established over the five continents.

In Asia Pacific, the first subsidiary was established in the Republic of Singapore. Within a few years, in order to guarantee presence and proximity to its ever growing clientele, the Group opened eight new Alarm Centres in the region.

Over the years, Inter Partner Assistance Taiwan still has the same mission: TO HELP YOU 24/24 7/7.
